Adoption progress - a new week ahead!

Friday, Josh and Moroccan friend (Z) went around and did some more paperwork. One office decided they needed a particular report. Josh explained that another office had it. They insisted that they needed this form. So Josh and Z went to the other office to see if they could get a copy. The other office said "That form is confidential. No one can have it!" Z explained that the other office wants it. She managed to get the two offices to talk to each other but the original office said that they can fill out the form and the boss will view it Monday. If he signs, then there will be no problem. If he wants to see that form, he won't sign.
Basically it's like rules are made up as we go. I think sometimes an individual's curiousity gets intermingled with what is truly required. One example is Josh's monthly pay statement. We have had so many offices ask to see a copy of this including the Ministry of Religion!
The best way I can describe it in US terms is this is like if you went to the DMV for a driver's license and they asked to see your pay statement. If you refuse, then they won't let you have your license even though it technically shouldn't matter how much you money you earn. *SIGH*
So, we'd appreciate prayers, etc that this guy will just sign the stupid paper without the confidential form he is demanding that he really has no need to see. If we could get a copy of this form, we would let the guy see it. We don't care, but we don't have it to show him!
We are scheduled to be in court Wednesday at 9am if everything goes smoothly tomorrow and Tuesday. We would love to see that happen!!!
