Even though Leah and Leila are identical twins there are several differences so I thought I'd share some.
-- Leah weighs about 3 lbs. more than Leila.
-- Leah has a small, white birthmark on her jawline.
-- Leila has a small red dot (commonly called a stork bite) on her nostril.
-- Leila also has a small red birthmark just above the back of her knee.
-- Leah has more hair.
-- Leah has 6 teeth. Leila has 5.
I think that is all the physical differences. Now for the personalities!
-- Leah is more clingy than Leila.
-- Leah prefers her Daddy and gets VERY jealous if anyone else is being held by her Daddy.
-- Leila doesn't care who holds her. She wants the attention, but doesn't care who gives it.
-- Leila is the aggresive one.
-- Leah typically reaches milestones (crawling, standing, etc) first.
-- They both fight over toys. Leah steals it and sits in front of Leila and plays with the toy. Leila steals it and crawls away as fast as she can making it harder for Leah to get it back. Leah sits there and cries.
-- Leah is the more charming one. When I get out the camera she smiles and tilts her head. Leila expects me to work to get her smile. :)
-- Leila does the sick baby immitation (video is in an earlier post)
-- Leah says "Da-da", "A-doo" (for Andrew)
-- Leila says "Ma-ma", "baby" and "bye-bye"
-- Leila used to throw her bottle and the toy she sleeps with into Leah's crib until we pulled the cribs apart. Now she throws them on the floor EVERY night. Leah has started to throw her toy too but she holds on to that bottle!
-- Right before Leah goes to sleep she turns her head to the side and puts her thumb in her mouth. She was doing that in the orphanage too.
I think that is all (or at least all I can think of). :)
